Ms. Mary-Joan Masanja joined our esteemed organization as an intern in 2021 following the completion of her bachelor's degree. Advancing from a research assistant to a study supervisor and currently serving as a Statistician, she brings a dynamic skill set and a passion for translating raw data into actionable insights. Ms. Masanja demonstrates her contribution towards informed decision-making through data management and monitoring within one of the HIV Implementation activities i.e. Verbal Autopsy. Simultaneously, she actively supports the organization's research initiatives on Adolescent Health and Nutrition, showcasing her significant role at the intersection of statistics and public health.
