Clemence Mhagama is a professional accountant with over 7 years of proven multi-sector experience in financial management, grants management, budgeting, planning, and managing compliance issues. His experiences stems from serving with AAPH as Finance Officer and previously he worked with Nutrition International as Finance and Administration Officer, Pact Tanzania as Cluster Accountant overseeing implementing partners(CSOs), Fund Management Officer with Cambridge Education a Member of Mott MacDonald Group overseeing implementing partners (LGAs), Internal Audit Coordinator with One Acre Fund, Finance and Administration Manager with Kiota Women’s Health and Development Organization overseeing financial management, reporting and operations and he started his career with LAKI Associates Certified Public Accountants as Assistant Auditor carrying out external audits for different clients . He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Ardhi University.
